George Hotz // Self-Driving Car DIY

George Hotz has an impressive track record for bending technology -- most notably hacking the iPhone in 2007 (while still in High School) and the Sony PlayStation3. The list goes on and on, from science fairs to security hacker competitions to internships at the top tech companies in Silicon Valley. He's now challenged titans like Elon Musk to best his Mobileye AI technology. Hotz self-driving car may prove to be something incredible -- especially if he can do it with off-the-shelf cameras. Hotz plans to eventually sell a self-driving car retail package for around $1,000.
